In 1987, Mr.R.K.Somani has started Textile business in the name of M/s.Crown Synthetics, Product name Crown Suitings. In 1992 started M/s. Ruchi Synthetic Mills with 27 Cimmco Looms, under the Brand name of “Crown”. This basic unit of this Textile Group is still running its business in very well manner. In 2001, to expand the business and to fulfill the growing demand of customers we have started a new unit in the name of Savlon Sulz Private Limited Under the Brand Name “Savlon” with 26 P7100 Sulzer Single and 8 P7100 Sulzer Double High Speed Looms. In the year 2009-10 Company has expanded its production capacity by installing latest Technology 46 Airjet High Speed Looms. By expanding its business the Turnover of this Textile Group is increased to 60 Lacs Meter fabric per year. Currently Company have 14 P7100 Sulzer Single High Speed Looms and 46 Airjet Looms with Mono Jaquard.

In 2011-12 the management has decided to enter in the Export Market. Under the name of SkyRise Exports, we are exporting fabrics and dress materials to Afghanistan, South Africa, Middle East and South Asian Countries.

Further we planned to start a new plant with 14 High Speed and Latest Technology Airjet Looms and that will be come in production by the end of September, 2016.


The Company is one of the well reputed Textile Company of Bhilwara (India) having well known brand name SAVLON SULZ, CROWN and SKYRISE in the Country.

The Company has production of 60 lacs meters quality fabric per year and our fabric range includes 100% Cotton, Poly-viscose, Poly-Cotton, Polyester, Lycra and stretch fabric etc.

We weave our quality fabrics on high speed 14 Sulzer, 46 Airjet looms.


The Company has a very strong distribution network comprising of Agents / Dealers and Retailers throughout the Country. The Company is also in the process of appointing new Dealers and Agents in remaining areas to boost the sales.

Human Resources

The company lays a lot of emphasis on management of its human resources by imparting in-house and specialized training for our newly recruited and existing staff. The workforce is trained on correct use of the machinery, updating the knowledge with reference to technological advancement, safety, improving work efficiency, waste control, computer literacy and self development.
